I'm Voting Democrat.

Smart Arse!
O.k vote Republican, so that every eight years we can have wars without end and for no reason. So that the rich that the rich get richer and the poor get poorer. So that the fat cats in Washington can pander to lobbiets all day long and not do a lick of work for their constitutnets.
So what if fundementally both parties do these things! We have no other choice but to vote for the devil we know instead of the devil we don't. That's what most Americans are thinking

Well I'm voting Democrate, not because I blindly follow whatever my so-caled representives in the Democratic party say but because the 'devil' I do know 'fcuked' up royally and there are no independents with brains enough to win the Presidency.

I guess we can agree to disagree on this one, right buddy?
Cool.
That's my opinion for what it's worth.

Or you can both smarten up and refuse to kowtow to either major Party line and think for yourselves. If you're not part of the solution, you're part of the problem. As long as good, intelligent people continue to believe that they have to choose "the lesser of two evils" or "the devil" we do or don't know, there will never be any real change in the system.

C'mon guys... did I mention we have cookies?

Seriously - it makes me laugh that both sides are so adament that things are going to be sooooo much worth with the other side in charge. Both sides have done things they should be ashamed of. Republicans aren't the only ones who perpetuate wars endlessly (see: Johnson, Lyndon). They certainly aren't the only ones that sell their souls to lobbyists (see: Too many too mention but if you really want, I'll produce a representative list for you). FSM knows the Democrats aren't the only ones pissing away my money on excessive governmental programs and give-aways. They both play the political game. They both lie, cheat, and steal. I really don't get the "holier than thou" attitude that comes from either of you. And my favorite part is when you point out to a Dem that one of their candidates did something wrong they go "Yeah but (fill in a random Republican) did it too - and WORSE!" and if you point out to a Republican some shitty thing their candidate did (or didn't do) they go "Yeah but did you see that (fill in random Democratic candidate) did so and so...?"

Think of it this way, it's more like my dad can lick your dad kind of mentality. Even though in this senerio, 'my dad' and 'his dad' are just about the same strength and height.
Well it's like this NY Nerd I know that the Dem party hasn't done any better but as far as I can see it the Reps have done much worse and have had more time, money, and power to do it in. (Con't. You know you must find out how you can add more lenth to this thing.)

Meanwhile the Dems have tried to do their level best in cutting taxes without cutting programs and the most important thing for me at anyrate, not press their religions views on a population nor have they seeked out the right-wing, conservetives, religions right for approval in such things as a women's right to choose (that's what pissed me off about chris's Video he found, there is a scene where a father gives his son a Banana and a packet of condoms, so what this scence in this video is saying that Dems are pushing an agenda that they shouldn't because sex ed should not be taught or that absinance only bs should be instead. Whatever! let me finish up my thought.), so in the end I haven't seen any other party, and that includes I'm afraid to say this for sure I'm going to get it in the neck for this one, any libertine or indepent party. (At least not since Perot but then he decided to freck things up by going kookoo for coconuts by going off topic.)
Yea, it gets pretty supid at times but until we socialists or Dems get a presdential hopeful that won't worry everytime the big business sneezes this is how I feel. (Oops, sorry there's more.)

So in the end I guess it's no cookies for me until the Dems start drinking the kool Aid and believing that they don't have to at least try to change things for the better.
Though I really love chocolate chip cookies. (Non Seiqutur)
